ANA sees its plans for international expansion take off

Headquartered in Tokyo, All Nippon Airways (ANA) is the largest airline in Japan by revenue and passenger numbers. Founded in 1952, ANA flies today on 83 international routes and 116 domestic routes with its fleet of over 250 aircraft. In 2015, ANA carried 50.8 million passengers and generated revenues of 1.79 trillion Japanese yen. Its frequent flyer program, ANA Mileage Club, has more than 26 million members. In 2017, for the fifth year running, ANA was awarded five stars by the world's leading Airline and Airport review site, SKYTRAX. It is also the world's first airline to operate the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
